  2010年VATTEN為了企業更好發展，將工廠整體搬遷至英國，德國保留公司銷售及售后業務，隨后VATTEN授權成立上海法登閥門有限公司，同年將VATTEN的組裝與測試線遷至上海法登閥門，相應的銷售及售后服務也陸續移交上海法登。

   上海法登繼承德國VATTEN品質及服務，并在傳承過程中不斷創新與革新，充實企業文化底蘊與技術含量，法登人有信心將VATTEN這一品牌在廣闊的中國大陸上做大做強。

Ltd., the same year the assembly and testing line VATTEN moved to Shanghai Vatten valves, the corresponding sales and after-sales service have also been handed over to the Shanghai vatten.
