國信招標集團有限公司（以下簡稱 招標代理機構 ）受新疆宜化化工有限公司委托，就 新疆宜化氯堿項目氯氣過濾濾芯系統采購 的下列貨物及有關服務進行國際競爭性公開招標。現邀請合格投標人參加投標。

1．招標貨物名稱、數量、主要技術參數、交貨時間及交貨地點(詳見招標文件)

2．招標文件售價： 1000元人民幣/套或150美元/套。如需郵購，請在見到本招標公告后，將購招標文件款及郵費匯至下述招標代理機構指定的帳戶，并請將貴公司購買招標文件的接收地址、聯系人、電話、傳真、郵編及匯款回執傳真給我公司，我公司在收到貴公司的傳真后，立即用特快專遞將招標文件郵寄給貴公司指定的招標文件接收地址及聯系人。郵寄費國內另收100元人民幣，境外另收50美元。招標文件售后不退。請投標人在匯款時務必注明所投標項目的招標編號，否則，因款項用途不明導致投標無效等后果由投標人自行承擔。

3．購買招標文件時間：即日起，每天上午8：30-11：30，下午13：30-16：30（北京時間，法定節假日除外）至投標截止時間。

4．購買招標文件地點：湖北省武漢市武昌水果湖洪山側路24號310室。

5．投標截止時間和開標時間：2010年10月8日上午10：00（北京時間），逾期遞交的投標文件恕不接受。

6．投標文件遞交地點：湖北省武漢市武昌水果湖洪山側路24號202會議室。屆時請投標人派代表參加開標儀式。

7. 開標地點：湖北省武漢市武昌水果湖洪山側路24號202會議室。

8. 有興趣的合格投標人可在國信招標集團有限公司得到進一步的信息和查閱招標文件。以上時間與地點若有變動，招標機構將及時以書面形式通知各投標人。

9. 投標廠商網上注冊：根據商務部有關規定，投標人在購買招標文件后應及時在《中國國際招標網》（http://www.chinabidding.com）上注冊，并將《供貨商注冊登記表》打印并加蓋公章或法人代表簽字后郵寄給網站，同時傳真給國信招標集團有限公司備案。

Entrusted by Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Tenderee ), Guoxin Tendering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tendering agent ) invites sealed bids (Xinjiang Yihua chlor-alkali project chlorine filtration filter cartridge system procurement) from eligible bidders for the following goods and relevant service:

1. Name of equipment，quantity，key technical indexes，date of delivery，place of delivery（For details, see the bidding documents）

 

2. Each set of bidding documents shall be sold as RMB 1000 Yuan or 150 US Dollars. 5. All tendering documents shall be submitted before 10:00 a.m., October 8 , 2010 (Beijing Time).

6. All tendering documents shall be submitted at the 202 room at the second floor of Guoxin Tendering Group Co., Ltd. The representatives of respective Bidders shall be present.

7. The tenderee will open all Bids at the 202 room at the second floor of Guoxin Tendering Group Co., Ltd.

9.
